The maintenance service includes software updates, bugfixes and new releases as they become available. Updates do not include new packages or new programs.
In addition, support service gives privileged access to our online support with updated documentation and FAQ.
NORSAR will make reasonable efforts to correct errors reported by our customers as far as the errors can be reproduced.
